Description

You will lead a major retained studio engagement, owning the senior client relationship and shaping the commercial model as AI reshapes content production. Set strategic direction, oversee P&L, and manage a multidisciplinary team across regions.

Requirements

• 10+ years client-facing leadership roles at agency, production company, or consultancy
• Experience with subscription, retainer, or output-based commercial models
• Track record managing senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• Financial fluency in margin, cost-per-unit economics, volume-based pricing
• Familiarity with content production at scale and a point of view on AI in creative production

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationship across retained multi-regional content production engagement
• Shape and steward commercial model, defining value measurement and efficiency delivery
• Set strategic direction translating client priorities into actionable team mandates
• Own P&L performance including margin health, pricing, and commercial sustainability
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through expanded scope or new service lines
