💼 About This Role

You'll lead all engineering functions for AI infrastructure at scale, partnering with the CEO on technical strategy. You'll drive the architecture of large-scale AMD-based GPU clusters and ensure world-class performance and reliability for enterprise AI workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the engineering roadmap across compute, platform, networking, and operations.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performance engineering teams.
• Architect and execute large-scale AMD-based GPU clusters.
• Establish rigorous engineering processes and quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud computing.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership.
• Deep experience with large-scale compute systems, HPC, or GPU infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cluster orchestration, networking, and distributed systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with a neocloud or hyperscaler.
• Product-minded approach.
