Description
You'll serve as a strategic people partner to retail leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across a geographically dispersed workforce. You'll lead talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations initiatives while using data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience including retail or field-based support
- Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces
- Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws
- Ability to travel regularly to stores and field locations
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational design improvements
- Champion organizational change and process improvement, assessing health and shaping team structures and culture
- Drive talent management including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conducting investigations and ensuring consistency and compliance
- Lead performance management strategies; coach leaders on feedback, goal-setting, and team development
