You'll represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews for a premier law firm. You'll manage your own caseload and schedule while collaborating with a supportive legal team. This role offers flexible contract engagements within the Houston area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Appear in immigration court for hearings and proceedings
• Accompany clients to USCIS interviews
• Prepare and review case documents
• Report hearing outcomes to central team

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active bar license in Texas
• Experience with immigration court or USCIS interviews
• Reliable travel within Houston metro area

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year immigration law experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish)
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings
