You'll provide outpatient behavioral health services as part of the fastest growing practice group in the country. You'll set your own schedule in a hybrid on-site/telehealth model with full administrative support for scheduling and billing.

• Provide outpatient therapy to child, adolescent, or adult patients
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborate with the clinical team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations
