🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing across North American facilities
• Own regional operational performance metrics (cost, delivery, quality)
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align regional operations with global strategy and KPIs
• Develop plant and functional leadership teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership in a factory environment
• 3+ years in a multi-site or large single-site operations role
• Lean Manufacturing experience and Six Sigma Green Belt
• Experience with SAP or similar Tier 1 ERP system

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience in electronics or telecom manufacturing
• Background overseeing contract manufacturers
