You'll partner cross-functionally to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure products resonate with cats and their humans. This fully remote role offers equity and a 4-day work week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a multi-year innovation strategy and project timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on objectives.
• Write product briefs that combine insights with brand storytelling.
• Analyze post-launch performance to inform future innovation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in product marketing, innovation, or brand management.
• Experience launching new products with measurable revenue impact.
• Skilled in cross-functional project management using tools like Notion.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage customer insights and market data.

• CPG industry experience is a huge plus.
