Description

In this role, you will lead the global migration to S/4HANA, orchestrating a multidisciplinary PP team to ensure smooth integration and adoption of best practices. You'll manage a high-pressure environment, handling code remediation and system stability for 20-40 developers while communicating with C-level executives and local site leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in SAP PP ecosystem
• At least 2 full-cycle large/global S/4HANA migrations (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition)
• Deep experience in manufacturing, specifically construction materials or mining supply chain
• Proficiency in PP cycle management and complex system integrations (BTP)
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile methodologies, SAP Solution Manager / Readiness Check 2.0

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA migration lifecycle, adopting best practices and managing technical debt
• Orchestrate PP functional teams (20-40 developers) for code remediation and interface stability
• Manage stakeholder demands from C-level executives and local site leaders
• Handle multi-level landscapes, synchronizing global templates with local requirements
• Drive transition from ECC-based manufacturing to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing best practices (MRP Live, PPDS, IBP, etc.)
