💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the connective tissue between CAIS's leadership team, running the operating cadence and driving cross-functional execution. You will protect executive attention, mediate disagreements, and represent the President externally to ship outcomes across six core areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run weekly executive and team leads syncs across six core areas
• Own the President's calendar, availability, and information flow
• Coordinate across executive team to force alignment and resolve issues
• Represent the President externally on partnership and stakeholder conversations
• Build systems so the organization operates independently of the President for weeks

📋 Requirements

• 5-12 years in chief-of-staff, program management, BizOps, or comparable senior operational roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal executives and external partners
• Highly organized with ability to own processes end-to-end
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and bias toward execution
