You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders to deliver critical services and features. You will drive coordination, manage risks, and own data around project health while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in project tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Trello)
• Knowledgeable of agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve processes and tools for engineering teams
• Drive coordination between product development teams and stakeholders to prioritize backlog and plan release roadmap
• Identify and mitigate risks to team's delivery
• Own data on project health and ticket backlog
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives
