You'll coordinate order fulfillment and logistics for a fast-paced trade operations team, managing end-to-end processes from order intake to final delivery. Your core impact will be ensuring timely communication across sales, customers, and logistics partners globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full order lifecycle from entry through delivery
• Coordinate logistics including customs clearance and shipment tracking
• Act as primary contact between sales, customers, and logistics partners
• Authorize supplier payments and process invoicing

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of logistics or supply chain coordination experience
• Experience in sales support or customer service roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with customs procedures (ISF, ACI)
• Knowledge of Hazmat or GHS regulations
• CITT certification or supply chain education
