You'll drive client journeys for a Mid-Market client base at ClearanceJobs, guiding them through onboarding, integrations, and metrics. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach clients to use external-facing applications
• Identify and close upsell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive strategic client engagement for renewal

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• CRM system product knowledge, preferably SalesForce and ChurnZero
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simplified way

• Associate degree or relevant experience
• Experience supporting mid-market level clients
• Knowledge of AI tools/platforms
