💼 About This Role
You'll lead B2B SaaS sales for Spotify's Backstage Portal and Confidence products, driving revenue across new business, expansion, and retention. Your team will bring AI-first developer tools to engineering leaders, leveraging Spotify's internal scale as proof.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own revenue targets across new business, expansion, and retention
- Lead, coach, and grow a distributed sales team
- Define and execute sales strategy for engineering leaders
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and go-to-market strategy
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years leading and developing sales teams
- Experience selling to engineering leaders or developer buyers
- Familiarity with AI in software development
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Sales Engineering partnerships
- Owned or partnered with Customer Success teams
- Experience in platform engineering tools
