💼 About This Role

You'll lead B2B SaaS sales for Spotify's Backstage Portal and Confidence products, driving revenue across new business, expansion, and retention. Your team will bring AI-first developer tools to engineering leaders, leveraging Spotify's internal scale as proof.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own revenue targets across new business, expansion, and retention
  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed sales team
  • Define and execute sales strategy for engineering leaders
  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and go-to-market strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years leading and developing sales teams
  • Experience selling to engineering leaders or developer buyers
  • Familiarity with AI in software development

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sales Engineering partnerships
  • Owned or partnered with Customer Success teams
  • Experience in platform engineering tools
