Description

As a Principal Engineer at Harness, you will lead complex cross-platform initiatives and technical projects across geographies, partnering with senior leadership to prioritize and execute on the roadmap. You will apply deep domain expertise to drive engineering excellence, represent Harness with customers, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• In-depth tactical knowledge of the domain with broad experience and skill sets
• Domain and product expert when representing Harness with customers and internal teams
• Demonstrable experience executing on one or multiple roadmaps through working with others
• Clear displays of improving execution via process optimization or other means
• Natural advisor to leadership on resourcing constraints, efficiencies
