💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cross-functional Evidence & Strategy practice within the Advisory capability, providing patient-centric HEOR and value-based care insights to life sciences clients. You'll drive business development (~75%) and project delivery (~25%), shaping strategy to improve quality of care and patient outcomes. This role offers flexible remote work and a purpose-driven culture focused on patient access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business development with new and existing clients
• Manage multiple client engagements and project teams
• Design and execute mixed-methods research studies
• Present findings to clients and at external meetings

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, health economics, or business administration with 8-10 years of relevant experience, OR undergraduate degree with 12+ years of experience
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in consulting firms focusing on pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare
