📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years leading Appian development teams
• Experience with database and system integration
• 2-4 years on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
• Experience in an Agile environment

• Appian Level 2 certification
• Advanced database knowledge (stored procedures, triggers, functions)
• Scrum training and SQL performance tools
