💼 About This Role

You'll lead product assurance for Kepler's optical data relay constellation, transitioning from R&D to production. You will develop mission assurance plans and manage quality across the product lifecycle. This role combines deep technical expertise with team management in a hybrid Toronto office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead quality management for all customer-facing matters
• Develop and implement product assurance strategies and plans
• Ensure compliance with standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC)
• Manage quality team, setting priorities and coaching
• Chair milestone reviews (EQSR, MRR, IRR, TRR, QR)

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product assurance or quality management
• Aerospace or satellite industry experience
• Knowledge of industry standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC)
• Proficiency in quality management tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, FRACAS)
