🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee technician team daily operations and performance reviews
• Monitor and drive progress toward monthly production targets
• Serve as first line of defense for technical troubleshooting
• Enforce quality standards and best practices across assemblies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Prior experience in management within a diverse team
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and tools

• Familiarity with PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes
• Experience with external vendor communication or supply chain management
• Understanding of electro-mechanical system design
