You'll own the end-to-end security and compliance posture at The Path, protecting highly sensitive user data from sophisticated attackers. Your core impact will be achieving HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance at startup speed, unlocking multi-billion dollar contracts. You'll partner with product engineering to build impenetrable systems without sacrificing AI product quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance rapidly
• Develop a comprehensive security and risk-mitigation plan
• Build automated CI/CD safeguards and deployment guardrails
• Establish incident response protocol and external penetration testing

📋 Requirements

• Expert in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and encryption protocols
• HIPAA and SOC 2 audit experience at a software or AI company
• Proven ability to defend against state-level attackers
• Senior leadership presence with VCs and auditors
