You'll manage end-to-end customer implementations for complex multi-stakeholder projects, partnering with engineers and product teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements. You'll serve as a trusted partner to government stakeholders and use AI-driven workflows to streamline project health and transparency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementations for assigned customers.
• Partner with engineering to gather requirements and write acceptance criteria.
• Represent customer needs to cross-functional teams.
• Guide state and local partners through program onboarding.
• Use Linear, Notion, Slack and AI tools for project management.

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in program management for multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with engineering to ship technical products.
• Technical fluency with modern PM tools (Linear, Notion, Slack) and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with federal funding and compliance in state/local government.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in broadband, infrastructure, or related programs.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
