💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement Automated Litigation Support solutions using Relativity and other COTS tools for government clients. You'll maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring system health and security. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful government innovation with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-premise and AWS.
• Manage external access and identity for stakeholders like expert witnesses and US Attorneys.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in litigation support applications like Relativity.
• Experience with SQL Server 2012 and later.
• In-depth knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
• Experience with storage technology planning and capacity modeling.
