💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Growth team to accelerate acquisition and retention through rapid experimentation. Your work will directly impact key business metrics as you own the growth engineering function and ship new features. You'll advocate for growth-minded thinking across a fully remote, product-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own growth engineering: partner with Growth team to design experiments and improve funnel metrics.
• Implement A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding, and customer lifecycle messaging.
• Prototype and ship new features, including experimental 'dark horse' growth ideas.
• Advocate for growth-minded thinking and translate learnings into product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in growth engineering or user-facing funnels.
• At least 4 years experience building production web applications.
• Full-stack proficiency in React/TypeScript and Ruby on Rails or Python/Node.
• Ability to drive projects from idea to shipped experiment to core feature.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Background in SaaS or e-commerce growth teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced iteration.
