You'll lead complex water resource projects across Nevada and neighboring states, overseeing groundwater exploration, aquifer testing, and well design. You'll drive client relationships and business development while mentoring staff and advancing Lumos' hydrogeology practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage hydrogeologic and water resource projects
• Oversee drilling, well construction, and aquifer testing programs
• Serve as primary client and regulatory liaison
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, Geology, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years project experience in water resources and hydrogeology
• Professional Geologist (P.G.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure preferred
• Valid driver license with 3 or less demerit points

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Groundwater modeling and Python experience
• Experience with AQTESOLV, Surfer, GIS, AutoCAD
