You'll lead and scale the accounting function at a high-growth AI startup, building institutional-grade financial infrastructure and driving GAAP discipline across a multi-entity, multinational environment. You'll partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver trusted financial data and clean audits. This rare opportunity lets you shape the financial backbone of a company redefining manufacturing quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct monthly and quarterly close across US, UK, and India entities
• Own revenue recognition and GAAP discipline (ASC 606)
• Lead ERP transition from QuickBooks to modern system
• Oversee global consolidation and international reporting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally Big 4 plus growth-stage SaaS
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Proven success leading ERP implementation and systems improvement
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international subsidiaries

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ramp, Rippling, or Salesforce integrations
• Public company readiness and SOX compliance experience
