You'll join the AI department at Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, to innovate at scale on CTR prediction and online learning. Your work will power over a billion predictions per second, directly impacting ad campaign outcomes for a global client base. You'll have dedicated time for deep-work experiments with latest research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Innovate on CTR prediction and online learning models
• Bridge research engineering to production-ready features
• Lead end-to-end model lifecycle from papers to A/B testing
• Experiment with unconventional hypotheses and new algorithms

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in quantitative field
• 4–5 years of applied research deploying ML in high-throughput online environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Scala or TypeScript
• Ability to critique scientific papers and implement core findings

• Experience with high-dimensional embeddings
• Familiarity with AdTech or real-time bidding systems
