• Build and ship highly performant, scalable AI agents in production.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• A builder mindset with high agency and ability to overcome obstacles.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines.
