🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth patient visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily huddles
• Perform in-office procedures as per clinical training

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+), or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care
• State licensed in Ohio by start date
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
