💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-sales relationship for AI customers, helping them realize value from our data curation platform. You'll shape how we scale customer-facing functions as we grow. This role combines technical depth, strategic account management, and customer advocacy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding, adoption, and expansion for enterprise AI accounts
• Build and operationalize CS function from scratch
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across Sales, Research, Engineering
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on renewals

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management at AI/ML company
• Proven experience managing highly technical enterprise customers
• Track record building CS programs from the ground up
• Strong commercial instincts around retention and expansion

• Prior experience as early CS hire at early-stage company
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML landscape
