💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations and strategic planning for a branch of McCarty Equipment, a value-added hose distributor. You'll drive profitability and efficiency by managing inside sales, inventory, and continuous improvement projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Region Manager on daily operations and business plans.
• Coordinate inside sales and customer pricing to maximize gross margin.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy and layout.
• Supervise inside sales staff and shop foreman, including recruiting and training.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years P&L experience
• 3+ years managing in industrial distribution
• 3+ years leading and developing teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with P21 software
• Spanish language skills
• Lean leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing
