Description

You will lead the daily operations of materials management teams, driving strategic projects and process improvements to achieve industry-leading customer service and inventory accuracy, while supporting SpaceX's mission of enabling human life on Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in materials management or supply chain, or 6+ years without degree
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, and PowerBI
• Must be able to work long hours, nights, weekends, and operate forklift

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly workforce including performance feedback, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Monitor operations to ensure safety and zero OSHA recordables
• Ensure procedures for inventory acceptance, storage, and issuing are followed
• Lead cost reduction and optimization opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement projects and adapt team to evolving needs
