• Own and articulate the long-term technical vision and multi-year roadmap for a critical domain.
• Make key architectural decisions ensuring scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions.
• Lead hands-on design and implementation of technically ambiguous or high-risk foundational projects.
• Mentor senior and staff-level engineers to build deep domain expertise.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep domain expertise.
• Proven track record leading architecture and rewrite of complex business-critical systems.
• Mastery of full-stack development in .NET (C#) and modern front-end technologies like React.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.
