You'll collaborate cross-functionally to improve machining processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your core impact is generating CAM programs and developing rework processes to improve first-pass yield and recover materials. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and manage CAM programs using Mastercam or similar software
• Improve first-pass yield by incorporating inspection feedback into program updates
• Develop rework and repair processes to recover MRB stock
• Support implementation and refinement of vacuum workholding systems and fixturing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Proficient in setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes for complex parts
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience developing or improving machining processes
• Experience monitoring machinery for maintenance and safety needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use
