You'll lead AI strategy and technical implementation for a SaaS security platform. You'll own product roadmap and architecture, working across the full stack from data science to UI. This role blends technical leadership, product management, and hands-on development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and architectural decisions for Data Science and ML systems
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support for end-to-end ownership
• Develop greenfield projects and proof of concepts with hands-on coding
• Manage UX/UI development for visualization aspects

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years (or 3+ with advanced degree) of hands-on product development experience
• 5+ years managing global multi-million dollar products or projects
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, automotive, energy, or healthcare industries
• Experience with Python and libraries like Pandas, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in both large enterprises and small companies
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like APQP, IATF 16949, ISO, NIST, EU AI Act
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Machine Learning
