💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. You'll keep critical cooling systems running across the region and respond to emergency calls. This role offers extensive travel and opportunities for growth in the telecom industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on telecom shelters
• Perform routine maintenance and performance checks on cooling systems
• Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time

📋 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
