🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments and provide primary care services
• Perform hormone replacement therapy and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic labs and tests
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management

📋 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and APRN certification
• Valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or related field
• 3+ years of Functional Medicine experience
