💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end deployment of conversational AI workflows for enterprise clients, from systems integration to go-live. You'll design and build tailored automation solutions using decision trees and LLMs, ensuring seamless integration with CRMs and APIs. This role uniquely blends technical expertise with client-facing project management to drive real impact for support organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, demo, and build AI-driven conversational workflows
• Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Lead client onboarding sessions to gather business requirements
• Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a solutions architect or customer engineering role
• 2+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI technologies including LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong JavaScript, CSS, and JSON skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with Salesforce or Zendesk
• Experience with ETL/data transformation
