💼 About This Role

You'll own the full scope of finance operations for a growing insurtech startup, managing outsourced accounting, payroll, and reporting. Your work directly drives strategic decisions and supports the CEO and senior leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced accounting function and oversee daily finance operations
• Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Handle invoicing, credit control, treasury, FX, and tax compliance
• Support annual budgeting and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership

📋 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accounting qualification
• University degree in a related field
• At least three years of experience, ideally in early-stage software environment
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, consolidation, sumif)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Xero, Fathom, Airwallex, or Payfit
• Commercial awareness and decision-making ability
• High EQ with strong relationship-building skills
