Description

You will lead the development and oversight of enterprise risk management strategies, ensuring identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization. You'll collaborate with executive leadership, manage insurance programs, and provide risk reporting to the board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in finance, business, or risk management; Master's or MBA preferred
• 10+ years progressive risk management experience, 5+ years leadership
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare) highly preferred
• Professional certifications (FRM, CRM, CFA, CPA) a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
• Lead risk assessments and scenario analyses to guide strategic planning
• Oversee internal risk controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage all facets of company insurance programs (property, casualty, aviation, D&O, etc.)
• Provide risk reporting and analytics to executive team and board
