💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs. Your work ensures timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction, with performance-based raises every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Interact and communicate with team members and management

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
