Description

You will improve the reliability of our vehicle fleets by performing root cause analysis, designing scalable solutions, and implementing robust testing procedures. Your work will directly enable fleet operations across multiple projects.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years experience with automotive hardware and software
• Experience with hardware reliability and testing
• Experience with AV components (LiDAR, RADAR, Cameras, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Improve vehicle fleet uptime via root cause analysis
• Implement long-term fixes through fleet-scalable solutions
• Create and maintain testing procedures, diagnostic tools, and operational metrics
• Track down system failures and underperformance on road
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
