Description

You will partner with Solutions leadership to define strategy, build infrastructure and processes, and act as the primary liaison with back-office functions. You'll monitor key metrics, drive operational excellence, and lead cross-functional projects to improve win-rates and retention.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics
• 1-2 years supporting Sales or Technical Sales organization (SaaS preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
• Strategic thinker with ability to build scalable processes
• Experience in change management and cross-functional project leadership

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solutions leadership to design long-term operational strategy
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation with the Strategy team
• Act as primary liaison between Solutions and Finance, HR, Deal Desk
• Define and enforce standard operating procedures and operating rhythm
• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
