You'll define the vision for how people data drives strategic HR and business decisions. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models for workforce planning. You'll build a data-driven innovation function from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define people analytics strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
  • Build AI-powered tools and predictive models for workforce planning.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Lead enterprise survey programs and generate strategic recommendations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or related quantitative fields
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams, including hiring and development
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL, including statistical modeling
  • Proven experience building AI/ML solutions or data products end-to-end

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern AI frameworks including LLMs, GenAI APIs, or agent-based architectures
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday and BI tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
