  • Handle escalations and ensure appropriate resolution
  • Perform overnight maintenance and scheduled tasks
  • Manage shift coverage and performance reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of technical support supervisory experience
  • 2 years managing a technical team
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Experience with Windows/Linux/IBMi operating systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios)
