๐ Requirements
- 2 years of technical support supervisory experience
- 2 years managing a technical team
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Experience with Windows/Linux/IBMi operating systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios)
