💼 About This Role

You'll keep the waterfront safe and fun for campers at Oakland Feather River Camp. You'll guard the swim area and lead daily activities, with free housing, meals, and laundry provided. This role offers a chance to create unforgettable experiences for families in nature.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guard the swim area and watch for safety concerns
• Enforce rules and respond when help is needed
• Set up and clean up the waterfront each day
• Lead camp activities when the swimming hole is closed
• Assist with camp-wide programs and events

📋 Requirements

• 18 or older
• Lifeguard certified or ability to get certified
• Comfortable enforcing rules in kind, clear way
• Stays calm and focused in emergency situations

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong swimmer with comfort in moving natural bodies of water
• Experience working with teams or children
• First aid/CPR certification
