You'll lead lifecycle management for 1,000+ assets and direct nationwide storm deployment fleet operations for a mission-driven telecom and recovery solutions team. Your work ensures fleet readiness for business continuity and disaster response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage lifecycle and readiness of 1,000+ assets including trailers, trucks, and generators
• Forecast CAPEX and coordinate purchases, leasing, and disposal strategies
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance for multiple yards and facilities
• Direct fleet operations during storm deployments with up to six staging yards

📋 Requirements

• Five years of progressive fleet management experience
• Experience supervising teams and daily operations
• Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance
• Proficiency with fleet management software and maintenance tracking systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Experience in disaster recovery or logistics environment
• Experience managing contracts including leasing and procurement
