💼 About This Role

You'll design and build automated solutions for advanced manufacturing facilities at SpaceX, developing complete control systems from the ground up. Your work will directly support rapid R&D and production for critical infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies enabling human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in equipment conceptual development balancing specs, cost, and lead-time
• Lay out industrial electrical control panels and create electrical, pneumatic, fluid schematics
• Simulate processes to inform design engineers of automation proposal viability
• Architect, write, and debug PLC code for manufacturing applications

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years professional experience in automation and controls system design

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge in building automation systems for critical infrastructure
• PLC programming experience, preferably Siemens TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCat 3
• C#, .NET, python and/or SQL experience
