• Build robust full-stack systems for feedback collection and evaluation pipelines

• Design and iterate on user-facing tools and backend services

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems at scale
• Proven experience in full-stack development with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to collaborate with research teams on novel, ambiguous problems
