You'll leverage on-chain reputation tools, GitHub activity, and crypto-specific hiring channels to build diverse pipelines. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first, high-growth environment with a focus on rigorous, intellectually demanding work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and close technical talent for quant dev, research, and full-stack roles
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across multiple functions
• Drive exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Advise hiring teams on best practices and structured evaluation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting technical roles in crypto or deep-tech
• Demonstrated ability to hire senior engineers or specialized profiles
• Understanding of core DeFi concepts
• Strong communication and autonomous operation skills
