💼 About This Role

You'll assist with opening and closing the store, support new employees, and provide excellent customer service while driving sales. You'll handle inventory tasks and ensure store standards are maintained. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA and involves flexible scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or similar
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
