You'll join a hyper-growth healthcare meal delivery company as a Fulfillment Associate, responsible for picking, scanning, and packing customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse. Your accuracy and speed directly impact getting nutritious meals to those in need. This fast-paced role requires working in 34-40°F temperatures with gloves provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes and scan them appropriately
• Pack items to complete each customer order portion
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards consistently

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
